drivingDirection Hunting Island State Park is located on the most southern end of US Hwy 21. From Interstate 95, take exit 33 to US Hwy 17 N for 9 miles. Turn right onto US Hwy 21 and travel for 32 miles. US Hwy 21 ends on Hunting Island.
